New Maria

I typed in "angelblush" and searched it from yahoo.

The first one I would see is from multiply, and all the other links and spots that i am on.

And then I happened to take a look at New Maria, because of the image below.

Yay! and i was really featured! so amazing!

So I am inviting you all(girls) to join that community and get your chance to be featured!

I also tried Google and searched "angelblush" and blogspot was the first in the line. There are other dating sites and blahs that has the same nick as mine, and that is NOT ME. nuh uh. You would know it is me, if

  • the name is Kristina Marie

  • from Philippines

  • and the site is not a dating site. rawr

  • Most of the people in the Random ICST convos have blogs and I have linked them in the "real life" category. They are still starting out.

    Random ICST convos:

Scene: Strategic Information system (chaotic class)
Sitch: Renel is going to report about one case study.

    Giovanne, JV: Penguin!
    *class hollers*
Renel: Maam, saba kaayo sila, sigi penguin, penguin! (Maam, they are soo noisy, they always say, penguin, penguin)
Maam Fe: Sigi saba dira, absenan nako run! (Whoever is noisy, I will mark absent!)

    Renel:......Question.... (reports in English)
    Giovanne: I have a question
Renel: Questions will be entertained later, but I do have a question
Avy: Huh? wala ko kasabot (huh? I don't understand)

    Me:*snickers* *giggles*
Renel: *stops reporting* What was that? *continues*

Renel: So that's the main problem....
    Giovanne: So, what's the point?

Maam Fe: Naa man gud fraud.. (There is a fraud...)
    Giovanne: What? Fraud Salad ?

Maam Fe: Kinsa na man sad nigawas oi, gi sarad-an na gani (Who went out and did not close the door?)
    Jhonnel: Si Jesel maam.
    Giovanne: Si Jesel maam.
Renel: Naa lagi kay echo? (You have an echo)

Jhonnel: Paminaw Giovanne oi! (Listen Giovanne!)
Giovanne: *turns around* It doesn't concern me.

Gino: *grasping for words* .... contaminate... errr
Avy: I like the word you are using, it makes my nose bleed.

Maam Fe: Oh, na discharge na si Johnnel.
    *everyone shocked o_O*
Giovanne: What??! I like the terms today... contaminate.. discharge...

    Warnier Brothers

I finally got to watch snakes on a plane yesterday. The first scenes were a bit dragging(for me), maybe because I can't wait to see the "snakes" on action, and how they would handle 500 snakes and they have nowhere to go, because they were flying on air.

    **SPOILERS**
I was even delighted when i saw a cat at the "baggage" area, and said to myself "Yay, great! A cat can fight off at least one of the snakes, and would help"
When the snakes were released (it wasn't an accident, it was planned that way), we screamed(we just want too, that's part of the reason why we wanted to watch it), guess what it attacked first? ****the CAT!***** I was like... a cat? A cat usually wins over the snake. That's not right. But the snake was kinda too BIG for the cat anyway.
The first two scenes where the snakes gets to attack on people, is the part i detest the most. Whoever made this is a pervert. LOL. I mean, of all the places to bite, why those uhmm private areas? The first one was a couple making out at the bathroom, and you can guess that they would be the first casualty. It was quite obvious. I thought they would just make out, but it was more than that. LOL. And then came the snake.. ewww... it bit the.. i dont wanna say it. What were the makers thinking? Anyway the couple died.
The next one was a guy who peed.. and you can guess again where it would bite! Another private part. It really was crazy. If there would be more of this, i've had enough! Turns out, that was the only 'crazy' part. Maybe to bring humor for all those 'green' people, but it really wasn't humorous for me. (but of course the movie is not for me! hehe)
The snakes there were 'smart', one snake cut off some wirings that would later on make the airplane go gaga. And the snakes were acting unusual, snakes usually dont attack people, if they dont get oppressed.
So, i began thinking the movie wasn't for real. This was all pure "made-up", and that this cannot be possible because there are no snakes alive in the world.. that would act, the way they acted on that plane. They were acting in frenzy, so it wasnt that realistic.
Then, I learned the snakes were "drugged" and that's why they are all SO HIGH, and it explains most of the unbelievable parts.
One part i found funny was when the dog(the owner of the dog is ala-Paris Hilton) was thrown to the BOA constrictor, just to distract it. And then the girl, hit the man who threw her dog, she was soo furious. And then the man who threw the dog, was then crushed by the BOA. Maybe, the snake wasn't satisfied when it was given the dog.
The snake could be thinking like this. "I dont want a dog, I want something bigger than that, like you!"
All in all it is an entertaining movie. Not good for young uns though, because of those supposed-to-be-censored part. Some of the parts were predictable though.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------

When i was making my report last friday, my classmates fired me some korny question.
    Me: A warnier orr is a -
Jesel: Is that what we call, warnier old? (supposed to be one year old)
    Avy: NO! that's <> A warnier is a child < /sing >
    Me: Err.. it's Warnier brothers

It turned out the reporter was even kornier than the rest of them. LOL.

My pleasure is in my labor

I was just soo busy. Two(2) reports in a week, is hardly my thing and couple it with quizzes and assignments. I guess I am still adjusting, because our school rarely gives us that much workload. Or is it my mom giving me most of the work? Or is it my sister making me burn her sound effects project?

But anyway i usually find my pleasure around my labor rather than leisure. I love being busy and being productive than just lazing around doing nothing(although, i tend to do that.. when i am awfully tired and that's not leisure anyway because I'm resting.).

I just learned our Preliminary Exams will be next week(thursday and friday). Then by Oct. 2 -3, i guess the students will prepare for the upcoming Intramurals this Oct. 4-6. Our Intramurals is kinda late. Oh well.

Since, there are a few students in our college we were all divided into three teams, by picking a number in some "fish bowl" our teachers provided for us. We suggested, it's better if it is by year level, but then the sophies are outnumbered(just like last year). And they said that it is an "aquaintance/intramurals" thingamajig, so we should socialize with the freshies.

I have no problem with that. I mean, gaining new "fresh" friends? hehe..No problem. But, i guess with the small time to prepare those cheer dances, or whatever contests they have in stored for us plus you have to get-to-know-them at the same time. You don't know blah is blah? Dya get my point? I don't know. Anyway my team this year is TEAM ONE! as in UNO!

Me and Avy will be prolly talking head-on with our 'mates because our team is fortunately a socio thing for us because it is dominated by freshies. The teacher assigned to us is the ever beautiful "engaged" Miss Gladys. But I miss last year's team, it was a great team-up, or was it? Because at least we knew most of the students in the group.

But then again I won't be battling or be socializing with Avy by then because I'm taking my so called hiatus starting that week. It's my first time to miss the Intramurals, and it's a shame to miss one, because our Intrams always made me do something different everytime. The last time(first year), I was the MC. The other time... well i dare not say it here. Bwahaha. Maybe this year i'd be eating fire in front of the audience for all i know. So yeah it's a shame to miss this one-time event, and to think this is my last Intramurals. But that's me, I'm always missing something every last school year.

I just saw "Princess Diana's Secret Tapes". I don't know when this was released or something. I was browsing videos on Youtube and i got hooked to this documentary from NBC. I remember before, when she died we were all asked to make an "essay" about our reaction. I haven't finished the series though, it was cut short because my mom asked me to do some stuffs. Anyway, Id prolly finish them later. Rawr. Prince Charles, you made her suffer.... -_-

    Dear Kristina S,

"If pleasures are greatest in anticipation, just remember that this is also true of trouble." Elbert Hubbard1859-1915, Author and Publisher

I got that from my mail. My daily quote of the day. And it kinda answered my quote above.

the lone flower on a dusty road...

My report in Entrepreneurship went well. I passed my assignments, i'm a good student this term... im making sure that im taking up every quiz that they are having and all that. Because i know i will be absent for 2 weeks. And at least I have good grades before i go on 'hiatus' in college. Bwahahaha.

Ill be pressuring my teachers to give me more reports/projects. I dont really care anyway. I dont care about the "workload" as long as i get my 2-week-break. (I hope my teachers wont read this *crossfingers*)

Ive done this last term.. i was also absent for almost 2 weeks, because i was taking a special "2-week-course" in iridology and sclerology. And i was about to take the International Exam to get the "CCI" (it's like M.D. for doctors or Phd). Anyway, i know i can rig this 2 week break i will be having. -_-

Oh, i have to thank Avy for accompanying me to cross the street. Not that, i dont know "how to", but that street was like... "so new" to me. And im not sure, if i can cross it because there is no pedestrian lane or whatsoever and there was a "traffic officer" near us. And maybe she accompanied me, because i was taking her sweet time to leave the place and i was kinda delaying her. hehe sorry for that Avy.

My teacher in economics was replaced by our teacher in Entrepreneurship. I dont know why, the new teacher left right away. Maybe, i scared her away when i told her we have "unlimited resources" if we choose to have it that way. J/K.

Our teacher made us research about where DID OUR DEBT STARTED. Well, silly cute me just have to ask that question in class, and then instead of my teacher answering it, he said

"Good question, that will be your assignment to be passed this friday with your reaction."

Everyone in class, just have to look at me (am i that beautiful?) nyahaha, and cried..

"Tina, make our reports. This is your fault."

Oopss.. so much for CLASS PARTICIPATION. I swear, I won't ask silly questions next time around, if that is the case. I mean, it is ok if it was only me who has to research.. i dont wanna burden other classmates for that. Then again, they need the little assignments now and then, we dont have that everyday anyway.

Last Sunday, I was in one of my mom's radical/provoking training. I learned a lot. And it changed my outlook in life. Now, i'm appreciating every "little" thing that has beauty in it. Even if it is just a small lone flower beside the dusty road.. or the blue sky, i can see beyond the horizon, whenever I'm at the top of the road.. (coz i can see it in front of me)if im walking home.

I take in the little details, and see the beauty around me. And I have learned how to appreciate those things that I usually frown upon... and to look for something in it that would make me smile. Or even to those old people(where my heart usually cries out and want to help them)... I'd smile at them and silently say "Bless you". But of course, aside from appreciating... im also grateful for everything that goes along the way. Be it good or bad.
    Life is indeed beautiful.

J.V. (joiners): You do not talk to a teacher like that.

Pearl: Maam, they won't report maam. (referring to her groupmates)
Renel: Pearl, you do it na lang. (are you maam liezyl?)
Pearl: But I already reported, last Friday. And i dont know this.
Johnnel: Pearl, just report it... so we can get this over with.
Pearl: Do you want me to just read it, then?!
    Giovanne: Well, what's new?

    To all ye Bloggers

I know i just have to make a post about this.

To all those Bloggers with Pop-Ups. It is not an I.E bug nor a Blogger bug as what most of you "identify" it with.

I was a victim once, i thought it was just normal so i just ignored it. But someone notified me, he cant view the page because his "anti-virus" is blocking him. And he told me.. mine has. I was like.. what? So, i figured it was the "pop-ups" he was referring to. By that time, i dont have any idea what caused the pop ups.. but since he told me to take it out i looked for my own means and ways for it to be removed.

I know "java scripts" are prone to "virus/spywares" and the like. So, i took all the java scripts out from the page, and then returned them one by one. And i found out, (i even advised some bloggers from teentalk about this) that HOSTED-SCRIPTS was the culprit.

It was a shame, because it was really good and all that. The IP-tracker and the like, a great add on for "blogs", but if it is the cause of the ever annoying pop ups... well goodbye hosted-scripts.

There are some blogs out there that makes my "anti-virus" go gaga.

It was the same Pop-ups from hosted-scripts. rawrrr. I think they are evolving. lol.

    My NEW LAYOUT

I changed the look. haha. I wanted it to be just like my mom's. I was editing her blog, and then i suddenly want something like hers.. sooo here it is.

    Unlimited Eagles

I wasn't able to post the other day.. because my inet connection was sooo slow.. or maybe there was no connection at all. I don't know what's wrong with PLDT. Is it my modem? or is it PLDT? Anyway, if this goes on.. i'd have to call them and ask.

Since i finished reading Parsifal Mosaic.. I'm starting "Corruption of Blood" by Robert K. Tatenbaum. -_-

I have 2 quizzes this friday. 2 reports were handed out. 1 is to be reported this monday.. about the Economy of the Philippines along with what is entrepreneurship.

Im not so fond with my "economics" class. I dont have any problem with the teacher.. the teacher is ok (she is new). But the subject is soo "negative". It talks about... "limited resources". My golly, if only economists knew... there is no such thing as "limited". Everything is UNLIMITED, even text messages are. It's all in the mind, humans love to "limit" themselves. You will notice that everyday.

"I can't do that, I'm JUST...." "It would take me probably 20 years to achieve that.."

They did not start yet, but they are already limiting their capabilities. Change your paradigm, from limited to unlimited. There is no such thing as IMPOSSIBLE. Everything is possible. Yes, that's an abused phrase... but it is true. Everyone acknowledges this "truth", but they don't put it to action.

    Random Convos from ICST:

    About GLOBE and SMART

from someone: Pag globe na lagi Jesel (Jesel, switch to Globe)
Giovan: Sige na ba, pag globe na kay mag smart naming tanan (Switch to globe and we will start using Smart.)
Jesel: Lagi, sige lang ka delay ang message sa smart (Yes ill switch, smart always have "delayed messages")
Giovan: Ok man ang Smart, kung kabalo ka mugamit (Smart is ok, if you know how to use it)
Jesel: Unsaon man daw be? (And how do you use it?)
Giovan: Dali lang na. Ioff nimo imo cellphone, kuhaon ang sim unya ibalik nasad nimo. (Easy, just turn off your cellphone, get your sim then place it back.)
Jesel: Unya mag sige na lng ug off on off on. (And then, you would always turn it off on and then off and on?)
Giovan: Aw, naa pa may lain na pama-agi.. ilabay na lang na imong cellphone (Well, there are other ways, you can always throw your phone.)

About internship. Yes, our OJT will start next term along with our THESIS 1 and everyone is getting psyched.

Johnnel: Didto na lang ta sa Pryce Tower. Naa didto si Flor (Let's apply at Pryce Tower, Flor is there)
From everyone: Nag unsa si Flor didto? (What is she doing there?)
    Giovan: Floor Manager

There were a lot of things that we talked about yesterday. Most of them are funny views about this person and that person. They just made it "funny" in a way, but most of them are actually "negative" POV of people in college, that gives out promises and then.. well... i dont have to make it public.. nyahaha they might be reading this.

Last night i Had a dream.. again.. this time about an EAGLE.
Well, the last part was i saw an eagle. I cant remember the first part of the dream. Anyway, i was standing at a thin "electricty line",( im not sure.. if it was an electricity line)and then a BIG EAGLE perched beside me. I was so shocked and then all i can think of that time was "i want to take a video or a picture of the eagle". Then i went down from the electricity line, i told everyone about the eagle, and exclaimed:

"Wow! I think that eagle escaped from "Philippine Eagle". (Btw, Philippine Eagle is a place where all the eagles are taken care of.. that's where the famous.. "Pag-asa" stayed.)

The eagle went back.. and swooped down and as if showing off.

Anyway.. i again looked for the meaning, and i came up with:

*The eagle is a symbol of great wisdom and vision. As such, it is often associated as a sacred emblem that sets the dreamer apart for special uses by the Great Spirit.

    - I can feel it...

*In Hebrew and Greek Literature, the eagle is a symbol of power. To dream of the eagle is to be spiritually validated as a person of great wisdom and insight concerning both this world and the spiritual realities beyond.

    - Another sign..

*If the eagle is flying free, the dreamer needs to be prepared for an opportunity to soar above the mundane, either professionally or spiritually, or both.

-I am preparing... ages ago pa.

*If the eagle is perched on a tree or in a nest, someone close to the dreamer is looking out for her.

    - uhmm it was perched at first... at an electrical line with me.. soo.. someone's watching over me? :P I knew that!

*Your dream depends on its details, but if the birds in your dream were flying free, it may be symbolic of spiritual, psychological, or physical freedom. An eagle is a powerful bird and the unconscious message may be prosperity, success, and liberation from tedium.

    -mhmm.... amazing!

Thank you Lord, for giving me all the signs i needed. I need it. Meaning im on the right track... LOVE YOU! THANK YOU....for everything... for the wisdom and the understanding... that you impart on me.. daily. And then.. thank you for the INCREASE... and that everyone who talks to me will INCREASE too.. just the way you want it. Thy WILL BE DONE on EARTH as it is in HEAVEN.

    Parsifal Mosaic

All my movie/book reviews are in Multiply and Friendster, but this book is just so.. uhm great. And great is an "abused" word coming from me, specially if the book was written by none other than the great "robert ludlum". And to say great would be an "understatement". Cause he is more than that.

This book was a gift from my 18th birthday by JV. Thank you JV!

At first the book was kind of confusing. Usually when i read a "ludlum" novel, i'd be excited from the very beginning and be psyched about what's going to happen. But this book is different, the first part was confusing. Maybe, because the story was about "lies", and the truth should be hidden, and to seek for it in this book, was kinda "difficult". (of course you can always skip a lot of part and get to the whole thing straight at the back end, where the answers lie...but you would be missing on all of the action and the thrill) And the title really fitted the content of the book itself. The "lie" was so deep, that it was covered with different lies.. and thus it was called a "mosaic". A mosaic of lies. It really was a "massive mosaic of treachery".

This was the first time that i finished a book for so long, that it took months. Because i was doing a lot of "first things first" and this book is the least of my priority these days... and since my internet keeps going on and off.. well it gave me more time to finish this book.

This book was also.. the first book, that i hit on the mastermind... right. I know who did this and that before it was really uncovered by the book in detail. I hit on 4 of the different people who were involved in the massive treachery. And was right for my "not-liking-one-character" there, because he was one of the real insane evil. Maybe, because i have tried to understand each character that i can suddenly feel whether they would do that thing or not.

One of the lesson was from the legend of "Icarus". Flying or soaring too high and then be blinded by the sun.. and then falling on the ground because .. your wings..... wasn't made for that. Parsifal(Zelinsky) made a man "fly and soar" high because of his "wits" people began to idolize him... they all praised his words... his intellects. He was all THAT, and to think he wasnt even the president of the U.S. of A. But Parsifal drove him far too much.. made him fly higher causing him to make decisions...that blinded him from reality.. that could prolly annihilate the whole world... and then the man.. (anthony m) who was idolized by many from different parts of the globe.. suddenly broke down... too much wit and too much thinking made him INSANE.

Yes, the fact that would astound a lot. Imagine, the one person you thought could bring answers to every problem in the world... suddenly broke down and is CRAZY. For all the things he has to think and bring about the solution of the world.... he suddenly cannot take the pressure. But of course... the fact that he was crazy was concealed to the whole world.. until the man(Michael H.) can bring the answers.. the truth out of all those intrinsic lies.. that started at Shenandoah.

It started there... and it also ended there. *sigh* Such a shame that Parsifal had to die.. and also Matthias.. and also Emory Bradford.. and also countless of characters.. that helped them find the truth(and ive grown attached to them). This is the 2nd Ludlum book that made me cry. Boohoo.

And to the VKR.. whose purpose was to the good of their people.. but the ways they try to justify the purpose.. would not.. excuse them.

How amazing that there could be people like that.. and it is true. Yes, their purpose are sane.. the fight for "justice". But the way they do it.... terrorize.. kill... treachery.. lies.. betray.. would not justify for what they are trying to fight for. And they would never win... the law of nature says so.. they might have the advantage.. but they would never rule...

An argument from the book that i find quite "funny".

Michael: I don't have to!! Try to understand, Doctor. A black-operation officer like MacKenzie....
Dr. Randolph: A what?! Mac was WHITE!

The "black" that Michael was referring to means he was an "engineer, a manipulator, a man in sanction, with the authority to bring about the events in which people might get killed, usually ARE killed because it needs to be done." while the "black" that Randolph was referring to was his "color".

More about Parsifal Mosaic would be in my Multiply and Friendster.

To be poor is a Sin.

NOTE: Set aside "RELIGIOUS" IDEAS, for they are not pertinent to the topic. I am also not sure if i could really deliver it to you CLEARLY. That i could have handed the MESSAGE CLEARLY. For there are so many things to consider, and there are so many things to say and talk about. Situations this and that.

Yes, to be poor is a Sin.

Says who ? Says the ONE within YOU. Says GOD.

No one really reads between the lines, no one really gets the whole picture that GOD wants us all to be RICH. To be rich is not to be "evil", like everyone was being led to believe in.

We were born with a "RIGHT TO LIFE", and that would mean the right to have the FREE and unrestricted use of all the things which may be necessary to bring about the FULL USE of OUR MENTAL, SPIRITUAL and PHYSICAL unfoldment, in short the right to be RICH.

They said that being RICH means that you are satisfied or contended with a LITTLE. No one should be satisfied with a LITTLE if he has the CAPABILITY to HAVE MORE. To be content with what little you have, is sinful.

    What is SIN ?

SIN = is falling short of the MARK.

The primary Greek word rendered "sin" is "hamartia". This word essentially means "missing the mark; falling short; or a departure". The essential idea being conveyed by the use of this word is that of "a departure from holiness"; thus "hamartia" means to sin; to depart from God's standard of holiness; to become unrighteous; to fail to live up to what God requires of us. (Rom 3:23; 14:23; James 4:17; 1 John 3:4)
    (from: www.calvarychapel.com/redbarn/terms.htm)

And to be POOR is SIMPLY falling short of the MARK of what GOD said in

    Deuteronomy 15:4
"However, there should be no poor among you, for in the land the LORD your God is giving you to possess as your inheritance, he will richly bless you,

    BUT
    Deuteronomy 15:5
"if only you fully obey the LORD your God and are careful to follow all these commands I am giving you today"

    AND
    Deuteronomy 15:6
"For the LORD your God will bless you as he has promised, and you will lend to many nations but will borrow from none. You will rule over many nations but none will rule over you. "

Do not take it all literally. NATION does not simply mean NATION as in a NATION. Nation can be a PERSON too. So this wisdom, is applicable for anyone.

God declared that WE CAN HAVE ALL THE RICHES IN THE EARTH, that IT IS POSSIBLE FOR ANYONE TO BE WEALTHY.

But, you can only achieve it if you FOLLOW the UNIVERSAL/NATURAL LAWS that GOD has set for you.... and to be IGNORANT OF THOSE LAWS excuses NO ONE.

As to what are those laws?

Well, it is for you to find out... IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS AN INDIVIDUAL LIVING IN THIS ABUNDANT UNIVERSE to SEEK the TRUTH and THE WISDOM (not just knowledge and Information for they are nothing compared to wisdom) that GOD has laid down.

    How to BEGIN SEEKING WISDOM?

    Fearing THE LORD.
"For in fear of the LORD, is the BEGINNING OF WISDOM".

and then you "Knock, and it shall be open, Seek and you shall find, Ask and it shall be given."

I have given you the start on... the TRUTH... that everyone CAN BE RICH, now your job is not to fall short on the mark, on the standard that GOD gave us.

    Opening!

Ive been hearing about a lot of Pinoy achievements lately, and i want to post them here. But it would be too lengthy and all that. So i decided to make a different blog, when it comes to "pinoy's".

The idea struck me, when i attended some seminar in Grand Men Seng Hotel last Saturday about a certain Pinoy product, and in the end of his "SONA-like presentation" he commended all the PINOY's who won this and that. Which gave me a lot of ideas about what to blog about that day, but come to think of it... my blog post would be too long. Considering my constricted page, because i added a lot of stuffs in here to"entertain" you. uhmm Did it? Hehe

So, i began thinking about what to name the subdomain of the blog. The "Sikat ang pinoy" phrase suddenly popped in my mind. So i said to myself, if the subdomain name of "sikatangpinoy.blogspot.com" is not taken, it is meant to be MINE! (bwahaha). And sure enough, when i got home that day...... tada! It wasnt taken.

I registered it, made the layout today... and i finished it. That's me, if i want to do something... right away.. i make it RIGHT AWAY!

    Please visit http://sikatangpinoy.blogspot.com

    SIKAT ANG PINOY

    That would do it! Haha.

Btw. My beloved mentor in IRIDOLOGY just had her work published about Q2 SPA in Philippine Star today.

Today, i went to DFA to fix my passport! Yeah, i am travelling the WORLD! bwahaha but dont get my wrong.. there is still no place like HOME (PHILIPPINES)

    Alas!

Alas exams are over. We have a week break.
and i have a lot of things to do...

    * Read all the books i need to read, and want to read.
    * Pass my requirements either tomorrow or friday.. and also enroll for the next term.
    * Answer my take home sclerology exam.
    * Finish my 40 eyes for PCAM accreditation.
    * Organize mom's newly purchased domain/site! (courtesy of AIDWEBHOST )
    * More CD's to burn.
    * and of course, sleeping on time and drinking my WATER regularly.

My body reacts when i lack water/sleep, and gives me rashes/allergies and sometimes even worst they kinda "bloat".

For the past two days, my eyes would go "bloat" whenever i wake up.. and even my left hand.. it would numb then bloat. Sorry for the term "bloat" since im not sure how to describe them. And then today.. it was my LIPS.

Oh my.. i have exams and all that and i have a report. Anyway.. i placed Gano massage oil (its herbal) and even the Ganozhi Toothpaste (herbal too), and after 2 hours it wasnt "that" obvious. I cant possibly let my group down for not showing up in our final exam(we will defend our feasibility study), so being the "Anxiety-Tetanic slash Neurogenic" woman that i am, i went to college.

I was like 30 mins late for my Linear Algebra exam, but my teacher is in her usual gracious attitude and i already informed her about my sitch. So, she made me take it (i got my results it was a 97%, not bad for i was in a hurry that time).

The "bloat" in my lips wasnt that evident, and so thank God (i really declared that it wont be noticed.. and i thank you LORD!) because it wasnt evident. And i have to tell a few close friends to take a "close" look at my "kissable" lips! nyahaha..

LESSON TO BE LEARNED: Be a steward to your body, never ever take it forgranted. Practice deep breathing everyday, dont stress yourself, and always drink the ELIXIR of LIFE... WATER.

    DREAMS

    Literally, dreams at night.

I saw myself planting some tree in the garden with my aunt, and then i noticed my hand grew numb and then saw some worms trying to get into my SKIN! ACK!! i hate worms (yes i dont talk about what i hate.. but really.. i dislike worms.. i dont like to be near worms...), and then i panicked when i saw it trying to get inside ME. I tried to pull them out, one by one.. and oh my.. when i pulled them out, you can see blood dripping..(its like they sucked my blood) and they grew large.. ewwww.

Remembering it still sends shivers down my spine. I took them out.. and threw them away one by one, not minding the pain that seeps through. I can see myself cry.. feel myself cry.

I woke up, feeling relieved that it was just A DREAM.

Women are gifted by being "intuitive", women usually dreams a lot. Anyhow, i was so bothered about that dream, that i decided to look it up online. i /googled it.

I gathered most of them and here they are:

    * To associate these characteristics with any individuals, including yourself indicates that you are seeing a very negative side of them and have a generally low opinion of them (or yourself).

The statement above is true, i saw a couple of negative side about the people around me, i wont name names. Just some thought, that some *mutters* people *mutters* are way low. And yeah ive noticed a few negative aspects of mine.

And they are a sign to change the way i look at them. And believe me, i am trying. :)

    * To dream of worms, denotes that you will be oppressed by the low intriguing of disreputable persons.

This one correlates with the first meaning. And yeah i was "oppressed" the next day. Again.. i wont name names.

    * Old, superstition based dream interpretations say that dreaming about worms is a warning about poor health.

My dreaming about worms, manifested also with my "massive" allergy and kinda obvious ones lately.

    * For a young woman to dream they crawl on her, foretells that her aspirations will always tend to the material. If she kills or throws them off, she will shake loose from the material lethargy and seek to live in morality and spirituality.

The next meaning is just so true. Maybe, i would not admit it before, that i am also guilty about being too consumed by "material" stuffs. But all that changed months back, when i read a couple of self-help books that are really enlightening.

And today, if you take a look at my layout.. its all about life, love, happiness, serving, spirituality.. & reality and no signs of superficial stuffs. Cause its all bout LOVE AND LIFE.

Dreams have meanings... just see behind all those PICTURE LANGUAGES that your dream is trying to unravel unto you. :)

RANDOM Conversation FROM ICST (my college):

    System Analysis and Design Conversation.

They are talking about yesterday, when they made their project at Jesel's crib.

Jesel: Oi kamo ba, makakita lang gani mo ug unlan matulog dayon mo. Dili mo mutabang! (hey! you guys are annoying. Whenever you see a pillow, you go to sleep right away, and would never help me)).
Jhunnel: Taka lang ka! Pag abot nako, ikaw ray natulog ug naghigda! (Lies! When i arrived, you were the one sleeping, and lying in the bed!)
Jesel: Bag-o ra ko nahuman ug type ato ba, dugay kaayo ka niabot! (I just finished typing that time! You arrived late!)
Giovan: Oi! Correction! Wala siya nihigda, nipilit si Jesel oi! (Hey! Correction! Jesel didnt lie down, she sticked to the wall!)

*just for laughs, jesel is often teased in college as a lizard. and no.. she is not offended by it, just like most of us who were also nicknamed by a couple of "unliked" rodents/animals.*

RANDOM QUOTES in ICST excerpts from the "mass message" created by JV:

*GIOVAN: if you dont give a damn to what i say, then forget about friendship! Bullsh*t!
*Maam MINA: bf, nangangati ang kamay ko pag di 21 karat (bf, my hand would have allergies if its not 21 Karat) - (as if) -
    *Renel: Silence means YEZ!
    *Sir Mel: Purpose driven Life
*Bee: wag kanang umiyak bee, mahal na mahal kita. (dont cry bee, i love you very much)

    *toodles*

Last day of Kadayawan.... ( Hale Fever )

I was gushing over some band a year ago.. when their song "broken sonnet" wasnt known yet.. and i got to hear it because someone told me it was good and all that. IT WAS REALLY GOOD!

And ever since then.. i wanted to see them play. It is my first time to gush like that over some OPM band, usually i like anything foreign. (well i do like rivermaya, eraserheads, bamboo... the origs but not the way i like hale for some reason..)

But their songs are really GOOD. The meanings.. lyrics are all soo unique. And the way they play.. their music. Arrgh.. addictive. That was last year. I even considered having them on my debut, aside from my dream "Jars of Clay".. but JOC is soo far-away & it would be too expensive. Anyway i ruled them out because..

    #1 expensive
#2 my debut would be like a concert
#3 it wont be a debut at ALL.

The reason i want to have them there.. was just to see them.. talk to them. Im usually like that when i like some band. Which is so rare. -_-

Anyhow, last year i saw them at SM Entertainment Plaza. Their "heads" that is. There were so many people out there and i was at the back. Since you have to have their cd in order to go inside. And how should i know the protocol was like that?

Anyway they were like 2-3 hours late? yeah something like that. It was soo long and my curfew was running out and i stayed there because even though i cant see them.. at least i could say i heard them "play". Or are they any good in "LIVE" rather than all those recorded songs that you can hear on the radio?

When they arrived and they played the first song.. it was just sooo GOOD. It felt so good hearing them. The way they play the drums.. the voice.. *sigh* makes you swoon. I ddnt get to finish the whole thing because of my curfew. I only stayed for two songs and Im out. (and that was when i considered them having on my debut hihi.)

Wondered why i talked about them?

This is the last day of Kadayawan.. and so i decided to drop my projects (btw, i finished 3 of them out of 8 and im working on the rest now... )So i tagged along with my parents to SM.

They bought some plants, (my mom has a green thumb) and they were checking out some furnitures (we used to have a furniture company... that was named after the street we are living now.(ill post pics)

Well after having lunch at Krua Thai awhile ago.. we went to JB MUSIC at SM located at 2nd floor. (Hey JB MUSIC im plugging you!) We bought paolo a guitar for practice, and my parents bought a treadmill and some abs-builder thingy. And then i saw their banners for HALE and i heared one cashier telling a customer that they can present their purchase and see HALE live in front.

And so.. i went to my mom and asked about it. Mom then asked about it at the cashier. It turned out the girl there was one of the organizers.. and she said. "Sure, I will take the two of them with me at the front".

She took us at a "fire exit" near the cinema.. (we felt like VIP's *me and my bro* back then) and then it was long hallway to the backstage of the entertainment plaza. When we got there, they made us sit at the third row (w.c is not bad at all). The entertainment plaza was still close that time.

10 mins of sitting there, i saw Champ emerge.
Oohh how cute! His dimples.. his skin! Haha (FYI. di ko naman xa crush.. cute lang talaga xa) And he just looks so cool listening to his IPOD. (*me swoons*) Ok enough bout that.

Then, they decided to open the gate and my golly.. there were sooo many people/fans, they were all screaming. It wouldve looked like a stampede. fter 10 mins. of settling down, they started. First there were three songs from some 3 rappers A Locos something.. i forgot. they were locals. And TADA!!!

HALE!!! *GOSH* I have 3 videos.. kinda long and big to post here.. but ill try. And some pictures.. below. And while listening to their music, i was entranced by the thought of having a picture along with Champ or any of the band member, and better yet, all of them! I was really expecting that much. But the "shy-girl-not-so-expressive-when-it-comes-to-those-feelings-attitude" overtook me. I didnt get to have pic with them.. even just one.. but no.. none.. zilt.. nada!

*sigh* We went back at JB MUSIC, after their mini concert because they were supposed to have an autograph signing. And me and my bro wanted them to sign his new "guitar", but.. we ddnt get to go inside.. because there were soo many people outside. We couldnt pass through. We have the "pink stub" for the claim, coz we are customers.. but arrghh...so many people.

It got me in a bad mood for awhile. I was like..I can see myself.. having pictures with them and all that, but then my expectation went tumbling down. And this is the feeling .. i DONT WANT TO HAVE AT ALL.

Thats why i dont EXPECT. I usually dream.. and i know they would be real someday.. but dreaming and expecting is different. I hope.. i dream.. i envision. That's it.

ANyway.. maybe it's not meant to be. Maybe, God just made my dream come true.. like seeing them close up, but not granting having pics with them. But one day.. maybe.. someday, its just not today.

I thank God, for making one of my DREAM a REALITY! -_- It is something that wasnt expected. Everything was like planned (but wasnt).. seeing them, buying at JB MUSIC(the official sponsor), bringing the digicam.

This day was great.. a great way to end the celebration of KADAYAWAN. But still more reason... to GIVE THANKS everyday!

I will just post two. There were a lot of shot, but not that clear. The video was better though.

    Life is still good...

Riding a PUJ home, i can hear the conversation of two elderly people in front of me. (I wasnt eavesdropping, they were talking right in front.. you cant help it.)

Anyhow, they were talking about someone who wanted to commit suicide because of the problems that someone encountered. And they find it shallow, because it's not actually a solution to the problem, and all that.

The guy asked the 'suicidal freak' "is that your solution?, do you think you would solve it like that? you would still lose". And the 'suicidal freak' would drone on and on about his work.. family. The guy told him "you entered that problem, you must learn how to get out of it. and that is not by trying to kill yourself. you are not the only one who has a problem. everyone has."

    (my opinion)
Yes. Everyone has problems/stresses in life, but we all have different ways of dealing with it. Some foolish others are wise.

Foolish way of dealing it, is drinking. Yes, i find it foolish. (No offense meant). If you resort to drinking, because you have a big big problem... and you wanna drown yourself with liquor/alcohol.. do you think the next day your problem would be solved? No. it won't. Come to think of it... it's actually a waste of time. (aside from the fact that it adds stress in your body/health). Same goes to smoking. Specially the "suicide" thing. Yes, everyone thinks about that whenever everything goes wrong. Not the way we wanted it to happen. And you think your dreams would go tumbling down.. yada yada. If you do them all the time.. i dont think you wont solve any problems. It adds bigger problems.

So how do you solve your problems?

By diverting your thoughts to "solutions". Divert your thoughts.. you always think about your problem... everyday.. every waking day of your life. So you get more problems. What if you focus yourself to the "solution" instead of the "problem" itself?
Face your problems.. but do not be too consumed by it. Work on it. Solve it.
Don't be pushed by your problems. Be led by your dreams.

We need problems/obstacles/mistakes, anything that stresses us out to Learn. Sometimes we need to learn the hard way, if we keep making that mistake over and over again. If you cannot perfect that mistake it will haunt you, until you learn.

“The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.” - Martin Luther

But always remember.. do not forget to laugh. you need them too. Dont drown yourself with grief/sorrow... engulf yourself with laughter and joy. Even though there are problems... while trying to solve it.. laugh.. and smile. That's Life. Live it.. while it lasts.

Btw. Be Blessed Darlene.. and have a happy trip to BAGUIO! Love you =)

    Woot! Woot!

    Another new theme!!
Haha! This one is not a "fairytale".
When i showed my mom my first theme, (the pink one) she asked about my quote there.
The one with "is my imagination running away"(it was a song.. i like so much.) and mom is so keen about what quote you are using and she said "watch your words anak..".

So, since then i wanted to change my theme right away. (Aside from the fact i got tired of the uber pinky color)
But i cant since im making my project (and i just ran out of ink. *rawr*).
And today i did because im burning soo many cd's and it is taking so long.
Instead of doing nothing i decided to change the look and feel of my blog.. and TAADAAA!!

Sorry, its messy! Hehe but i like it as it is. Because if you read closely to the quotes i edited there (thanks to papemelrotti), they are my favorites and they have nice meanings about happiness, loving and serving...

    It's Been Awhile..

I've been so busy, because exams were coming up and i wanted so much to finish some of my projects so i dont have to think about so many projects when the time comes. And now, exams are over i can finally blog! But not totally though.

Ever since last saturday, i soo much wanted to share about what i learned from our family gathering. The fathers were doing all the talking and one of them shared about the difference of Maturity and the opposite, the "immature".

He gave a great provocation to all the family members who can see themselves as the "immature" ones. He said an immature person, obviously is like a kid. When you were younger, you used to prepare yourself and you walk wherever you wished. On the other hand, a mature person just stretches his hands and wait for someone to prepare him/her (and i dont mean it literally, ok? To those who have eyes let them see, and to those who have ears let them hear.In short, READ BETWEEN THE LINES) and let that someone lead you to where you do not want to go. (refer to John Chapter 21 in the Bible.)

The above thought may seem confusing, but it brings light to what we are doing. It means, you have your own free will when you were younger, and is only concerned of yourself (immature), but you cant say that you are "mature" if you havent done any following. (I remember a line in the movie Drumline "You cannot Lead if you do not learn how to follow." Such simple words, but it has wisdom in it.) And usually when you follow "someone" specially a mentor or your father, it is hard, specially if they lead you to a place where you do not want to go. But that place, you dont know is the place where you should be, to find happiness and fulfillment. (Now, if you are consumed by the "earthly" things that surrounds you, you wouldnt understand a thing I'm saying.. so dont bother.) I know to most of you, this doesn't make sense. But to some, this would make sense. :) Just wanted to share this.

Anyhow, last sunday me and my parents watched 24 season 4(Courtesy of dwinny) we finished the series where we left of last last sunday. My Dad and Mom enjoyed the whole thing. And me too. The ending was sad though, and would make you wanna look forward for the next season. *sigh* My favorite part there was when Clowie went on the "field", which is soo un-Clowie-like. Coz she is mostly the techie girl and she is always in the headquarters. Anyhow, since one of the men of Marwan (the terrorist) came to assasinate them, Clowie managed to escape and locked herself and the other girl (the gf of a terrorist member) in a bulletproof car. And the terrorist keep shooting at them. Clowie called CTU, for backup and she was told where to get the extra gun inside the car (they have it, for emergencies). And then, when Clowie got hold of the gun she shot the terrorist (ratatatatatatatatat it was a machine gun i guess.) endlessly. That was my fave part. Hehe *go Clowie!*

I am saddened by Edgar's mom, Edgar tried to save her (from the nuclear meltdown) but her mom was left behind by the evacuees. *sigh* *huhuhuhu*

And i am annoyed by that selfish PRESIDENT of theirs! LOGAN!!! rawrrr! He is sooo pathetic. Really. If his thoughts are not of himself, it's the politics. It is good to think about your friendship with other countries but you have to analyze the sitch. Anyhow... the season was great!

    <3 24 haha! :)

Life is Good... if you follow the Universal Rules

I ate a YELLOW WATERMELON yesterday.

I was watching the news awhile ago, and natural calamities are killing a lot of people lately. Not just here in the Philippines but also in a lot of different countries.

I was watching about President GMA's stand about evacuating the OFW's in Lebanon and people against her are again talking about if they have enough budget.. blah blah. What is more important LIVES or MONEY? Before you think about MONEY you think about what you can do FIRST, like SERVING PEOPLE for example. It is the ONLY JUST USE OF POWER, SERVING PEOPLE, and that is what Pres. GMA is trying to do, little by little. And they don't see it, because they always see the BAD instead of the GOOD. That's why they will never be succesfull, NEVER. Why are they so against a president, who did nothing but thought about the lives of the pinoys in Lebanon? If GMA does something, they are always behind her back and they always try to see the bad thing about anything that GMA does that is good.

I am not for her nor against her. She is the president of this country, and she needs respect, just like EVERYONE would want to be respected if they are in her position. Do you think other countries would respect US, if they see we dont respect the PRESIDENT? People always blurb about other countries not respecting them, how can they respect us, if we cant respect our leader ourselves?

And one more thing, those people who are always against her, is NOT DOING ANYTHING TO MAKE THIS COUNTRY BETTER!!! At least, even if they said she is being a hypocrite, she is doing something about our country, whereas those people who rally and protest about her IS DOING NOTHING! BUT go OUT IN THE SUN, and protest about this and that, making our country look worse.. instead of going out and making money and being PRODUCTIVE.

And there is nothing wrong with Pres. GMA's SONA. It was a good vision for the future. Why do they always worry about BUDGET?? Who cares about the BUDGET!

Benjamin Diokno, a former budget secretary, said what Ms Arroyo “has failed to address, time and time again, are the issues that block this country’s growth: Corruption, violence, political stability, rule of law and population growth.”

Why should Pres. Arroyo focus on something we all do not want to happen? Yes, it does happen, but why do we have to focus on something that we do not want, when we can focus on something we would WANT. That's why we get more of "what we do not want" because that is what we are focusing. We focus too much on the PROBLEM, that the SOLUTION was not taken care of.

Tobias(bishop), who earlier admitted to providing sanctuary to a troubled military mutineer, cited massive unemployment and underemployment, heavy debt servicing, and the supposed absence of real economic development.

Tobias said the government was again trying to paint a bright picture by claiming that only 11 percent (4 million to 5 million people) of the labor force was unemployed.

In reality, he said the figure was 16 percent of a potential labor force of 40 million Filipinos.

Well, at least PGMA is trying to paint a bright picture, while Bishop Tobias splashes black and white over the scenerio...

I agree with Davao del Norte Vice Gov. Anthony del Rosario (btw, he is a businessman, so he gets the drill).

"Critics are saying that her plans could hardly be achieved until the end of her term on 2010. Of course, all those she planned may not be completed but what is important is that whoever seats as the next leader would know where to start." says del rosario.

He agreed that the president laid on the table a clear and detailed blueprint of nation-building where everyone is given a role to play. Del Rosario expects bitter reaction from the opposition such as the issue on the source of the money to fund those projects. However, he stands by the claim of the president that the effort should come from all sectors of the society including the local government units, the private sector, and funding agencies.

Press Secretary Ignacio Bunye stated that the government has the funds to jumpstart implementation and continuity will be guaranteed by a balance of domestic resources and prudent loans that will not cause a burden on the rising generations but lift the country from the oppression of abject poverty.

Meanwhile, del Rosario observed along with a number of Mindanaoans that PGMA's SONA mentioned less about her plans for Mindanao as compared with the projects for the other mega regions.

" She might not have mentioned all of her plans for Mindanao. But we'll just see later how PGMA would help this mega region. Let's give her a chance to prove her plans for the country", he explained.

However, he too admitted that it is not just the president's burden but the whole country's responsibility as well.

I sooo agree with del Rosario. At least there are still people who are sane, and concerned about the nation and no personal agendas. THINK POSITIVE, but do not be blinded also by what is happening, and do something about it, instead of ranting and raving. Enough said.

I am sorry.. i really just have to state my opinions. GO PRES. GLORIA! You can do it. Let the DOGS BARK, but the CARAVAN must move on! BE BLESSED!

Back from Iligan (Happy Birthday Paolo)

As most of you know, Paolo(my brother) is studying in Iligan along with our cousin Dave.

Paolo is a great example to US in the family. How he obeyed in staying in Iligan to study, away from us. It is also a great process and challenge to my parents, me and Darlene. If it is a process to us, how much more Paolo? I miss the little kid.. who would come in and out of my room, and bug me to use the PC and all that *sigh*

I am so amazed.. how God, is processing the NEXT generation, since most of the process are centered on the next gen(young uns). I know, that God is preparing us FOR SOMETHING BIG. And i am doing everything to do whatever HE willed me to do. And what happens and oppurtunities or processes.. or revealings that would arise.. i am sure.. GOD has a plan. Everything happens for a reason.. and that is something i always try to remind myself, and that everyone should be reminded by that too. Be it good or bad. If it is bad, try to see everything in a good way.. it works out better that way, and you get to understand the whole thing. You don't get bitter instead you get stronger.

Anyhow, we visited Paolo in Iligan, since it is his 11th birthday!

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAOLO!

We were supposed to leave by (july 28 friday)12noon but we got delayed, since Tay Edwin re-registered the car that we're going to use for travelling. And LTO promised to release it early that day, but as usual LTO is getting it's usual "lazy" attitude.. it was delayed. We waited and waited at SPS, good thing the nutrition month presentation kept me entertained, the whole time. By the time it reached 4pm we were asked to go ahead and take the bus. So 8 of us proceeded to the terminal. The next bus that is bound for CDO, would leave by 7-8pm. So we waited there, in the meantime we were also hoping that the LTO would approve the registration. But then by 6pm my mom did not allow me and my sister to go ride the bus without Ate rhea because they are the ones who knows the way to Iligan. So, since it's getting late we decided to wait for Tay Edwin's service(as to when it would be released, we do not know.)

Since everyone was tired and hungry *rawr*. We ate at SM (mom's treat). And boy were we FULL and stuffed. We just greeted Paolo a happy birthday. But while we were eating, Tay Edwin announced... *drum roll* that it was finally registered! *woot* And that we are leaving by 3am(saturday). Everyone got elated again. Me and my sister decided it's better that we sleep at Tay Edwin's place. SO that's what we did.

And we left by 3:30am. Ate some bread and scrambled eggs coupled with apples. There were 15 of us all in all. Tay Edwin, Nay Marly, Ate Kai, Papo, Me, Darlene, Maranatha, Kya gary, Ate Rea, Jethro, LJ, Cj, Tay Bong, Nico, and Kuya Janman. It was foggy along the way to Buda.

Me and Darl at the L300 *brrr cold*

We stopped over at some place (i forgot the name), they sell Carabao's Milk.. and we took turns having a picture with the horse horsey!

    Me and Darl =)

The kids were all excited and they keep asking "Are we there yet?". We reached Iligan by 12:30 noon. Everyone was soo hungry.. and we ate! Haha finally.. REAL FOOD after the travel.

After a few while we left for Timuga Resort. (Ill post pics.) We played "anak-anakay" in the water. And then Nay Marly joined us too.

That's Paolo, Papo and CJ beside the pool :)

Me and Paolo after the pool fun! =)

By the time we were home, we were all tired and everyone wants to sleep. The rest of the group were playing cards while waiting for the food. The others slept and rested (im one of them hehe..) When we woke up by 7pm, there was a blackout. Food was served though. And 4 of the boys were being lectured by the parents because they went out to play DOTA w/o permission. As punishment, they washed the dishes and cleaned the kitchen after eating. We slept by 10pm.

Sunday, the next day. Mom woke us early to avoid the hustle bustle in the bathroom when everyone is awake. So we got ready by 7am. They said there is a gathering by 9am at the compound. We left by 9:30 after having a yummy breakfast (with soya milk/dxn coffee). We stayed at the compound till 3pm (we had our yummy lunch there plus the raw food).

Me and Ate Kai at the compound.

We went home by 3:15 (since the compound and the house we are staying is just near.) Me, Ate Kai and Nuth2x were playing cards, they taught me how to play "Tong-Its". After a few while we rested, woke up for dinner. The adults were watching some documentary film after dinner, the kids and the ladies went outside to talk and play cards. After the film was finished, the rest of the group slept.
But me, Darlene, Ate Kai, and Mara were still talking and took pics (playing with the black and white style).

Nuth, Darl, Me and Ate Kai (L-R)

My mom and Nay Marly were also talking about some serious matters on the other side. We slept around 11:30pm.

The next day, was our last day. We had a yummy breakfast again (eggs+corned beef=coffee haha) We dropped by at the Compound where Paolo was studying (their classes starts 7:30am, so he went ahead.) by 9am. We had pictures with everybody, since it was the last day.

We headed for CDO by 9:30am. There were two services used, so we agreed to meet at Bigby's CDO. We arrived at the place quarter to 11.

The chairs of Ice Castle (beside Bigby's). It's cute.

We had pictures, because the design of Bigby's was sooo classy & unique. If you <3 to travel you would appreciate it. We had another yummy LUNCH. *rawr* We the girls ordered, 1 salad(veggie) and 2 Food Trip Platter(since they have BIG servings, now you guessed why it's called as that lol). We finished our lunch by 11:45 and went to Lim Kit Kai to buy something. There were cute stores that we cant find in Davao, and unfortunately our parents left us to roam around the mall, so there would be no financer. *errr* They did that on purpose and we know it. *sigh* We want to buy so many things but we ended up buying hard bound books. I bought THE FIRE by Sebastian Junger the author of the PERFECT STORM. We left and headed to Iligan by 1. Then we got back to Davao by 6:45pm. But the travel to our place is quite far we arrived home by 7:30pm.

And i thank God for that trip and that we all arrived safely and blessed. :)

Hail hail to my new skin!

Ok i think something is wrong with BLOGGER.com today. I guess their server is lagging. Oh well.

This is the first BLOG SKIN ive ever made. I started and finished this 2(june25) days ago. And i think (IMO) that this is a good skin for a first timer. -_-

It was also my first time to make real "use" of photoshop 7.

And today, i finished my sister's blogskin. She was bugging me about it. So take a look at it, I might as well plug her own "Spot"

    Just click the link below

    BEST OF ME

My mom also bought me a new pair of shoes from CELINE 3 days ago. They were on sale.. so dont blame me. -_-

And i personally think, it is a good buy. It is always a good buy if something is ON SALE.

One of the reasons, i am also exuberant today is because i finally have the ringtone direct to my phone... from 24 series. Haha, it is soo cute (for me that is).

It is really true... when you imagine it.. it happens.. amazing

    How Bright is my Aura?

    From Web Tickle..
Kristina, the brightest color in your aura is White

Contrary to popular myth, auras are actually multi-colored energy fields that can be divided into seven primary layers. Having White as your brightest color means that the seventh layer of your aura is the most vibrant. You have an exceptional love for life, which stems from your deep connection to the universe. You're an open channel of energy from the universe, and this infuses your aura with a divine energy.

    Exam Days..

Today was the last day of exam. It was fine since i only have to take one exam today.. but yesterday wasn't. Nu uh.. it really wasn't. My first subj went well (since i studied), so did my 2nd subj. BUT my 3rd subj was the worst! I left so many blanks and urgghh.. oh well. *sigh* That's life. I wouldve gotten it all right if i studied, but i didnt because i don't know where to start and where to end. *oh well* My 4th subj. was A-OK (but not too well too). I did well on my last subj. yesterday.

Next time.. i will STUDY! I need to catch up with my subjects..

    Pirates of the Carribean

I waited for my cousin to fetch me and my sister. Cause we will watch Pirates of the Carribean (Dead Man's Chest). We were supposed to leave early, but my cousin was delayed. So we left by 11:30. We have to ride two different routes since there is no public utility jeepney that would go straight over to where we want to watch. We are saving the money for taxi for food (YUM! haha). We dropped at our first post.

We were about to ride another jeepney, when suddenly some weird looking guy approached us and asked us where we are going. We told him the place, but not the exact place (you still dont need to say everything to a stranger, right?). He said he wants to ride with us, cause he can't clearly see the signs of the jeepney. But still it is scary to ride with him.. what if he is some psycho? or what? So i politely told him, we will flag a jeepney that will take him to his route. And then, he told us he doesn't have the fare. So i asked my older cousin to give him the fare. And then since we told him we are going to flag one jeepney down for him to take him to where he should be, we waited for that jeepney. But, the jeepney is rare, it passes yes but it's always full. We stayed there for like 15 mins or something. And my cousin noticed, that he can quite see some of the signs and asked us to go ahead, i was kind of hesitant to leave the guy though since his situation is sad. We flagged one jeepney down, and told him we will go ahead. And then my cousin said, he might be fooling around because by that time we rode the jeepney, he walked away from the place. (Ok, so we thought we were fooled. Ive experienced the same situation before and a totally different person and gender but Id probably tell that some other time..)

We arrived at the place, and we went down.. when i noticed that something is wrong with my sandal. Uh-oh, i smell embarrasment coming after me if i can't control the situation. So i stayed at the side, and asked my cousin to come closer to me and also my sister and told them, "i think the strap of my sandal is loose.." (it's i dunno the right word.. sorry..) So, my cousin went inside the mall, while me and my sister pretended to wait for someone outside, refusing to move... and thus providing further embarassment.. (although no one noticed my situation..only me and my inside.. oh and yeah my sister too.. who is laughing..) Anyway, my cousin bought me a new pair of sandal... and she said, ok go change it. So i sweetly told her, "ate save me from enough embarassment and let's ride a taxi to SM and go buy the cd there at the same time... and oh have lunch na lng.. din.." Since we really are planning to buy some cd's at SM after watching it. Since i figured we are already late from the 1st screening. So we flagged a taxi down. I hurriedly dragged my sandal.. (nice try) and got on the taxi, and quickly changed sandals. *sigh* finally... and then i looked at my watch it's quarter to 1 already.

We decided to eat at Mcdonald's, since we rarely go there. I mean, it's been months since my last visit!!! Ok, i am exaggerating. Actually I just want to eat the fries. Im craving for their fries.. *yum*yum* i want FRIESSS!! and SUNDAE!! After eating we bought the CD's after 48 years lining up.. with oh so many people.. Then we flagged another taxi to take us back to where we should be... back to NCCC

So, once we got there.. the tickets for the 2nd screening 3:15 pm cinema 2 just SOLD OUT. But at least the 2nd screening from cinema 4 (still POC) for 3:50 is still available. So i hurriedly lined up, bought 3 tickets.. and off we go. Since it's still quarter to 3.. we decided to just roam around for a few minutes. Then by 3pm we lined up.. (we are at the front.. hihi) ANd we patiently waited and took pics. I will upload them, im waiting for darlene to upload it.

3:30 we were allowed to go inside, and settle ourselves, we got the best place at the balcony. And then.. by 3:50 the trailer started. Wow, so many new movies i wanna see.. i also took pics below haha.. i know it's not allowed.. but just a couple.. hehe.. -_-

    Pirates of the Carribean
    Was produced by:

    WALT DISNEY and Jerry B.

ALL IN ALL.. the movie was great! It was comical and crazy. Although it was a cliffhanger, i dont mind. I wanna see another movie of pirates of the carribean. And i am glad, i watched the movie. I never regretted it. I have simple tastes in watching movies on BIG SCREEN..i only want the BEST.

I dont exactly follow what's in and what's not...

    About Fashion and Style...

I make my own personal style. I dont usually follow trends.. I just make do with what is available. For me, putting together clothes, accessories, and even shoes can be just another way of showing off my creativity. I want my outfit/clothes to be unique and distinctive. After all, my look is a reflection of who I am. That's why I'm sure to make a statement no matter what I'm wearing.

    About Cars?

I am driven by what is practical!
Im not one for overly risky ventures — that's probably because the tried and true works just fine for me. Whether Im driving to work or picking up a friend for dinner, I don't want to waste time. And my four-wheeled friend should reflect that. I Don't worry about flashy or fancy. The most important thing for me is reliability — a car that will get the job done (like I do), day-in and day-out.So what's the perfect car companion, the vehicle to fit my practical lifestyle? A Toyota, Honda, or Ford Escort will do the trick for me. (got ideas from tickle w/c is true.. )

    Wohoo!! Kristina Marie S., CCI

Ok ok.. by the way my subject would sound, it would mean a GOOD news right? Is it just me? or do you notice it too? Anyway.. I just passed the International IIPA EXAM and i can practice worldwide!!! Wow!! And i can place "CCI" beside my name.... woohhoo!

    /me *hollers*

Oh well... my grade wasn't "that" high, cause i never reached the 90% only above 80 (i got 82.5).
If i could reach it by 90 I couldve been an Iridology Instructor.... but that would be someting i have to master on, before i could lecture and would take me a long time. But hey, I passed that's what matters.

We were supposed to have dinner at YAHONG's but it was full so we ate a restobar (i frgot the name ill edit this once i find out. )

    the restooooo.....

That'sme ordering... mhmm what's the specialty?

I am just soooo happy today! Even though i still have to burn a couple of CD's hehe... I AM HAPPY.. and I thank GOD for making me pass the exam even though, I did not get to study and i slept late because i was burning cd's when i shouldve rested and prepared for the exam, but nevertheless i am thankful.

Ahhh the joy of being ONE with CHRIST...................

    PCAM/IIPA meeting

I did not get the chance to post yesterday...(July 6,2006) but yesterday was my first PCAM(Philippine College for the Advancement of Medicine) and IIPA (International Iridology Practitioners Association) meeting .

There were a lot of plans, all new and exciting, to launch the recognition of the two organization. Anyhow, i was voted as the Treasurer for IIPA(Davao Chapter). That means additional work. Oh well, it's a privelage to be part of the team and the treasurer.

JUst wanted to share that part though... about the first meeting. I wish i could go to the PCAM convention at puerto Princesa... that would be sooo great. But whatever God wills to be.. im ok with it. :)

And today is a very nerve wracking day because today would be the International exam for the certification as a Comprehensive Iridology Practitioner... Oh well.... See ya.. I have to prepare for it ..

    Yay!

Woohoo! I finished Anatomy class already! La di da di da..... *hums*

We watched (me, darlene, dad nathan, ate rhea and kuya gary) Superman (Dad nathan's childhood hero) today. At first I thought (my perception, ok?) it wont be a good movie or whatever.. but once i saw it.. oh my it was actually Good. I mean the storyline was great and everything. Although someone told me it lacked the "action part" thingy, but it was good.

We had dinner (darlene, me and Dad Nathan) afterwards at some seafood restaurant that was owned by our classmate, and we decided to eat together for dinner, after our Anatomy class. Everyone was there, but we didn't catch up with some of them, because they went home early. I just got to talk to the 2 radio commentators(and they were sharing more about *healthstuff* to us). It was a good get-together minus the drinks and all (coz i dont like them.)

All in all the whole day was fine and fun :) BUT TIRING! hehe as usual...

    Anatomy Class

So yeah, i started my anatomy class after i finished my Sclerology class. Yikes! My schedule is soo hectic, and it leaves me with little sleep! *sigh*

    June 20:

Our anatomy teacher introduced himself. I would try to post some pictures.. later when i upload it.. not up close though.:P hihi Anyway he is good teacher, (young). But he is a bit stressed out cause he teaches from 8am-9pm non stop! Imagine that! I bet he is neurogenic.

Since most of my classmates are not really "students" but iridologists who decided to take the anatomy class cause it is a requirement for the Exam to become a "certified Iridology practitioner". I am the youngest in the class, and almost everyone is married, only two of us are not. You can just imagine, how fun and different it is from other classes.

Our class is interesting, i mean the students that is.

I have two classmates who are radio commentators (local) and inventors at the same time. *WOW* And one of them, invented a cheap yet amazing "waterfuel". Yay.. *stellar*

I have a classmate who does hypnotherapy, and is a historian at the same time.

A classmate who is going to Kenya for missions and is a composer/singer(part of my family)

    A classmate earning bucks $$$$

A classmate, who is a leader on some organizational group.

A classmate.. who is a year older than i am.

A classmate... who sings in the church...

    And 2 business oriented people...

My Anatomy class starts every 5pm to 9pm..

    June 21

We discussed the Integumentary System today.

Oh and just a reminder our class... its a special class about anatomy for non medical courses. So you might wonder, why it is so fast, since Anatomy and Physiology is a very long/hard subject.

    June 22

Our teacher got fever. (Because of his schedule. tsk tsk) Class is cancelled.

    June 23

    We discussed the Skeletal System

    June 24

    Muscular System

    June 26

    Nervous System...

    June 27

    Endocrine System

    June 28

    Cardiovascular System/ Circulatory System

    June 29

    Respiratory System/ Digestive System

    June 30

Lymphatic/Immune System and we had an exam today!!

I did not get to answer most of the "identification" part. It is hard to memorize MEDICAL TERMS!!! ack!!

    our teacher lecturing...

The radio commentator and "water fuel" inventor.. hihi

    That's me and Dad Nathan..

    a bit stressed out?

    *yawn*

I haven't blogged for awhile... but i guess it's quite time to at least update about what's keepin me busy and all that.....

June 9 my friend asked me to assist her in editing and making a video. 2 kinds of video Music video and a drama/play. Not just editing, but actually acting....for the drama part! I have no idea whatsoever about editing, because editing is so stressful!!! when we had that in summer... i was in the financial team. rofl! Anyhow, my friend the damsel in distress, really needs my help and so i said YES! Even though i really need sleep. And i ddnt know my 3 day rest from college was going to be disturbed.

June 10 Saturday! The day I was supposed to REFORMAT my PC and INSTALL my new hard drive (80gig) , and then new DVD writer(woohoo!!), and Memory (512mb) ahihi. But still, I am going to pay all that to MY MOM! ack! being the businesswoman she is, she knows i am going to use the DVD writer as a business so she asked for REFUND when i pushed through! *sigh* oh well... anyhow, my classmate arrived and then installed the DVD writer, HDD and the memory and then tried to reformat my pc. While 2 of my high school classmate (1 of them was the one who asked for help named Matet and the other named Emel) are outside taking videos, I suggested a song for them and they liked it, and now they are shooting outside.

Reformatting: I decided to just format my C and not the D. and so all of my important files are transferred to D. anyway the story is quite long so im making it short, my DRIVE D files were all formatted due to one circumstance.

ANyway.... i had a long day that day. I was tired and frustrated because most of the IMPORTANT pictures were erased, and then i couldnt sleep well thinkin about the pictures my parents wanted me to save to a CD and wasnt able to.. *uhoh* i smell twable! We wrapped up by8:30pm

June 11(sunday) -I wokeup 7am. my classmate came back, to install the softwares i wanted to have in my pc since it was so late the other night he didnt have the time to install the rest of the softwares. My 2 friends came back to brainstorm about the drama. Anyway they finished the Music Video yesterday and all i have to do is edit them and transfer them to the pc, that looks so foreign, new design and new softwares installed minus the PICTURES!! ack!. And now i searched the internet and looked for short stories, and found a story with a fairy. only 2 characters + 1 narrator and would definetly fit us coz its only 3 of us. Anyway i suggested to make that story into a play, and they agreed, i made a script... blah blah.. and we thought we needed a BOY! so we called one of our friend over to act as the Boy hehe.. anyway.. we just finished the dubbing that day.. and we finished editing the MUsic video that lasted for 3 mins! it was good, i have to admit and i wanna have my OWN MUSIC VIDEO! i will one day... when im free from stresss!! haha and all the workloads.. i have lately..
