And Back Again?

I hope for good! I've been missing the whole blog world.... I've been out of touch from here ever since last year.....

I know.. bloggers come and go.... and I wish to visit all the links and say "hello". Dapat one of these days... within the month.

To recap about what is currently making me busy are the following:

• Angel of Water Wellness Center - running the wellness center with the help of my mom.. since I can't make do on my own as of the moment but that's my goal. Marketing it... and by golly the only thing I haven't tried is posting a tv ad which costs $$$$.

• Then there's another production number for an upcoming Regional Sales Assembly.....
• then there's the seminar of Dr. Andre San Agustin... I've been facilitating for months already...... but it's a great learning experience...
• and then there's me and the cheesy part of me. (finding love...planning a future. hehe.)
• and a whole lot more.

I have been experiencing an exciting life.... and i've been practicing what I've been reading.... and that's why I stopped sharing things that does not involve my life.... since I can only share my own experience to the world... to let everybody know... that one can always grow through JOY, not just through pain and suffering. :)

I am offering another path.... for you to tread. It may or may not be yours... but you can take one step and see what your inner authority tells you.... :)

Remember... there are many paths to the mountaintop....

Anyway, hoping to get back to you soon... I still have the production number practice to attend to.. hehe.

Loving 2009

It was a magical 2008. I spent my time celebrating ME... Every moment, I have chosen to always feel wonderful with ME.

and with that... I thank God - to whom I felt I have grown closer this year because I spent more time listening with the voice deep within me. A God... I see... who is very loving and was always around when I felt like there's nobody I feel safe to talk too. Whenever, I go crazy or distressed over things that often confuses me... He was always around like a light in the dark.. piercing my heart with love and melting all the worries away. To A God, a friend and a lover. Yes, a lover. My heart's bursting from all the love I never thought was possible. Yes, God. You sure showed me it's possible to experience an enchanted love. I thought, it happens to a select few only.... but you gave me a chance to experience it too - and in this world. And I know this year... I am experiencing it fully. 2008 was just the beginning.

I thank all the people who were endlessly patient with me, and who loved me unconditionally. THANK YOU, dear friends - this goes to everybody who visits my blog.... and to all those who supported me*murag Oscar's awardee*.. (you bring joy whenever I see messages from you guys). Thank you. Thank you. My endless gratitude to you guys for just BEING THERE.

2008 was a magical year. I felt sparks and saw glitters by the middle of the year. By, November another angel arrived... and another angel *that makes 2* who was a perfect gift for us.

The second angel brought everybody closer and I found what I have always yearned for - "friends.sisters who would listen to everything about me... with no judgment". Our relationship brought us to that point and I feel soooo safe with them.

This year, is LOVING 2009. If it was ME last year... I am choosing to have a WE this year. Spent a lot of time meditating about this.... although I need more time to meditate on the WE part. Haha. Ok. I know you might be lost in this post now...

but here's my LOVING 2009:

This year..... I choose to LIVE LIFE LOVINGLY.
I choose to be more AUTHENTIC to everybody.
I choose to say what is really from my HEART
I choose to Live with intention.
I choose to travel more and explore.

This year I choose to dedicate myself and every moment to my PURPOSE
I choose to support people in their journey back to LOVE.
I choose to support people around me in their WELL-BEING.
I choose to practice Wellness.

This year... I choose to bring out the best in other people.
I choose to accept people as they are and love them unconditionally.
I choose to appreciate my FRIENDS.
I choose to enjoy my journey with the people around me.

This year I choose to allow myself feel what I have deprived myself all along
I choose to share my LIFE and JUST BE with someone I love.
I choose to celebrate that experience.
I choose to create loving memories plus with magic.

This year I choose to always do WHAT I LOVE.
I choose to laugh and be care-free.
I choose to treat myself with respect.
I choose to dance in the rain... and fly like an eagle.
I choose to enjoy and be responsible for my FREEDOM.

This year I am choosing things with no regrets
I choose to nurture my mind with loving thoughts.
I choose to LIVE the MIRACLE.
I choose to trust the process called LIFE.

Because I know I am a magnificent being who can dance on any path......

May this Loving 2009 be yours as well.... I share this to everyone. =)

Love you guys!

Egypt: Papyrus Factory

Papyrus Papers - the first paper in the world and is very much associated to Egypt.

Papyrus plants grew almost exclusively in the region of the Nile delta and the dry climate made it possible for papyri to endure, in most cases, for over 2 millenia. The use of papyrus as a writing material goes back to extreme antiquity. The oldest written papyrus known to be in existence is, according to Kenyon (The Paleography of Greek Papyri, Oxford, 1899), an account-sheet belonging to the reign of the Egyptian king Assa, which is conjecturally dated circa 2600 B.C.

Got a chance to see how a papyrus paper is made at one of their factories. They have nice collections of paintings done on a papyrus paper. Kinda expensive though. *oh well*

Pictures aren't allowed daw.. but I managed to get one before they said that. Hehe. *peace*

Diet Blog

The Diet Industry or the Weight Loss Industry is one business that is booming. But, sometimes not everything about this industry would give you the best results.

As a customer you would want to know whether the stuffs they say on TV, magazines or advertisements are really true. Want to know which diet pill, weight loss program, book or device would work for you and helped a lot of people or which ones are popular? Well, I found a website called DietBlogTalk.com. A site which is pretty much dedicated to anyone who consumes any type of diet pill, weight loss program, book or device. They have diet reviews.

They have an open forum for those new consumers to see what those existing clients/customers got to say with different products and services available in the industry. Don't just rely on what the company selling it got to say.... better get their customers to tell you what their product or service has to offer.

Like you - those existing customers wants their "satisfaction" guaranteed and here you would get to find out which diet pill works best or weight loss program achieves the best result.

How does the website work?
They created a system where each consumer posts a comment and classify their posting as Positive, Negative, or Undecided. Since some of the most popular products or programs have hundreds of postings, they have tallied their classifications so that you can see what the general consensus or ‘popular vote’ is. Additionally, Dietblogtalk.com's editors have provided a brief and unbiased summary of each product for your convenience.

Also you are free to add your comments, feedbacks or questions. They don't require you to provide an e-mail address to submit a posting. All postings are reviewed before going live on the site to block any vulgar comments, spam or unnecessary/irrelevant comments.

You can view a list of the top weight loss products or weight loss programs, or diet book or services with a ‘Positive’ customer classification of 75% or higher below.

Have a fun time using DietBlogTalk.com!

Egyptian Museum

This museum is home to the most extensive collection of ancient Egyptian antiquities in the world. Of course, it should have the most extensive collection since it's in Egypt for crying out loud.

Established by the Egyptian government in 1835. They exhibit more than 120,000 collections. This is located at Tahrir square, Cairo, Egypt.

It's also the first big museum, I've ever been too. Photographs are not allowed inside, so I can’t show what’s inside the museum.

It contains a lot of coffins (made out of granite, limestone or covered with gold), statues, tables, jewelries, the treasures found from King Tutankhamen's tomb, weapons, instruments, chariots, and other stuffs .

Of course this is where you will see the mummies - they have a Royal Mummy Room and you have to pay for another extra to go inside. We did not get to go inside because almost everyone’s itching to get out of the place - medyo mainit rin ang museum plus everyone’s tired.

This is also where one of the scenes in the blockbuster hit movie "The Mummy" was shot.

Golden Age of Multimedia

I have always wanted to learn more about video production. And, I did venture to that once or twice in our Multimedia Class and another one when a friend of mine asked for help. But, I stopped since I need to focus on what I have at hand. But, one day.. I will go back.

Talking about multimedia and video production.....

I know of this group of people ( Chicago Video Production ) who can produce videos for you. Be it for corporate, training, trade show, recruitment, marketing, sales, tv or promotional video. They can even hire the actors for you!

Richter Studios can shoot the scene in any format from any location. Or, if you already have the footage, but need that special post-production touch to bring out the magic - they can do that as well. They have world class editors and animators who can help you with that. They have an award winning team that can make your video production an attention-grabbing masterpiece!

They don't just deal with videos! Other services they offer are Web and Interactive Production Services.

A lot of their clients usually requests for web version of videos, and so to cater their client's need and the constant demand of those web version of videos, they have extended their services to the World Wide Web. And to make sure that you are really dealing with PROFESSIONALS, here is the proof:

"Richter Studios created the award-winning Pinehurst Virtual Tour, which features over 70 videos, dozens of animations, PDF’s and interactive slide shows - all created in-house by the Richter Studios team."

An All Digital Workflow + World Class Talent = Richter Studios

Coffeee Award

Got this Coffee Award from Avy.

THANK YOU. You know I Love Coffee.

And speaking of "I Love Coffee", which is actually an existing local band here in Davao and I kinda know the vocalist/composer. Not just kinda, but we are in the same business. Hehe.

They have their song out and it's being played in Killerbee 89.1 every Mondays from 9pm - 11pm @ the Indie Top 20 Show hosted by Rod Rodriguez. *tama ba? host rin ba yang sa radio station?*. They play mga unsigned, underground music. It's being required that all radio stations in Davao should also play "Indie Local Bands" and so Killerbee got their own show for that.

The song is "This Time Around" by I Love Coffee and you can watch and listen sa song below, courtesy ng YouTube. *would have to do something about the Video one of these days.. i revise ko pa, pero it will do as of now*

I personally like this song. Really, really. It can be sang by a boy or a girl. Hayyyy. They make good songs you know. So far, they recorded three songs pa lang. But, Kuya Jimuel (the composer/songwriter) got a total of 30 songs or more unrecorded. WOW!

and you can call Killerbee 89.1 to cast your vote here: (082)305-8910

Selling Back Your Books

Itching to get those old books out of your house ? I have a couple of books that I would like to dispose of as well. Why not earn money from them? There's a website I found who buys used / old books from readers. Yay.

Sell Back Your Book is an online book shop where you get to sell and buy old / used books. They buy all kinds of new and used books. The process for selling your books to them is as easy as one, two, three.

What you need to do is, simply, enter the ISBN numbers for each book that you want to sell them in the box that is provided in their front page and then press the 'Price Books' button. They would display the price they are willing to pay. If you are OK with the price simply press the 'Add to My Cart' button and you're ready to check out - or even enter more books you want to sell.

You can even Sell TextBooks to them. Textbooks usually loose their value quickly, so you better act now and sell them today. Sell Textbooks and get paid! Just that simple!

and here's more: You can use their FREE prepaid shipping label and they will prepay the shipping! No out-of-pocket cash required to ship them your textbooks or old books!

This is one good service for people who owns a lot of books that they want to dispose of. :)
